Sleep Early

Yesterday, we got some time with one of our business mentors at Mandarin Hotel. We happen to meet him once a year to consult with him with regards to doing business, relationships with our family and the daily affairs of the community. This mentor of ours is very popular among the Chinese Business Community. He often appears in television shows, newspapers and magazines.

He noticed that i look grumpy and he said that I should always sleep early. When we sleep early our body have more time to repair itself.

He said, that when you sleep past 11pm your liver suffers, when you sleep past 2am your lung suffers. The ideal time to sleep is between 9:30pm to 10:00pm and one hour before you sleep you should relax your mind by reading a book or listening to soothing music.

He said further said that if you have problems it is better to sleep because when you wake up your mind would be clearer and you will be more intelligent.

Our mentor is pass his sixties and he made me realized and understand the meaning of "health is wealth".

We, the Core Team, we value health. When in fact our Stage One business is all about Health, Wellness and Anti-Aging.

From now on, sleeping early is one of my personal business success tool.
