Are you a 50 percenter?

Are you a

 ter?

One of my favorite stories was once told by one of my mentors in the business. Although this story is no longer new, its wisdom is something we could learn from.

There’s an elderly carpenter who is ready to retire. The carpenter told his employer of his plans to leave the house-building business and live a more leisurely life with his wife, enjoying his extended family. The employer was sorry to see his employee go and asked if he could build just one more house as a personal favor to him. The carpenter reluctantly agreed. He did sloppy work and he used inferior materials. It was an unfortunate way to end a dedicated career.

When the carpenter finished his work, the employer came to inspect the house.

Then he handed the front-door key to the carpenter.

“This is your house”, he said. “It is my retirement for you.” The carpenter was shocked. If he had only known he was building his own house, he would have done it all differently.

So it is with people. So it is in business. So it is in building the future we want. Every person builds his or her own house, his or her own life, his or her future, step at a time, often half-heartedly. Then with a shock they realize they have to live in the house they have built. If they could do it over, they’d do it differently . But they cannot go back. These are the words you will usually hear from them, sana ginawa ko na lang, sana sinubukan ko na lang, sana binigay ko ang todo ko, sana...sana..sana.. (How I wish I just did it, How I wish I tried it, How I wish I gave my best shot, I wish...I wish...I wish...)

This is also about those people who spend their life being average or good at something but never strive to become great.

Have you attended one of our gatherings? If yes, are you committing to complete everything and start building your future now? or you simply stopped along the way? Remember, attending the Wealth Course is not about us, its about you and your commitment to transforming your life and relationship with money and finances.

I believe its time to ask yourself whether the path to financial freedom is really what you intend to take.

Have you asked yourself, whether you really know what you want? In the success formula that we apply in the community, the first thing that is really important as shared by millionaires is clarity. Do you really have a clear vision of where your choices will take you?

As far as I know, in business and in anything in life, those who really make it are those who never settle for mediocrity. They know what they want and they will never allow anything, any reason, justifications or blame to get in the way for their dreams.

If you are not giving your 100% in what you do to get to the life you want, you are simply wasting your time telling yourself that you really want to succeed. In short, "you can't be half pregnant, YOU AREpregnant!"

The business we provide to those who promise to give their 100% commitment, allows each and every ordinary human being to access becoming part of the Olympic team in business. If you want to be in the Olympics, you know for a fact that to get there, talent and skill will never be enough. If you want to be part of of the best of the best, you need to give your best in any practice or any task at hand in making your future happen now. Everybody is also talented, everyone also has big dreams like you but what sets those successful people apart from the rest is, they give their 100% effort in any task at hand. They work longer hours, they wake up earlier and stay up later than the rest etc. While the rest are having a good night sleep, they stay awake, anticipating what is about to happen in the next coming days.

Remember, you are like the carpenter in the story. You are building your future. In the business that we will teach you to build, you will learn building your pipeline where passive income keeps on flowing whether you want it or not. That wouldn’t happen if you start building your pipeline from sloppy materials (or simply being sloppy) and 50% effort or worst, less than 50% at all. Definitely, your pipeline will never stand a chance of providing you liquid or cashflow and it will be too late for you to patch its holes.

Never ever wait that it will soon be too late for you to realize that you have wasted so much time, hours, days and weeks, months and years not giving your 100% in what you do. You ain’t seen nothing yet of what you can be. You ain’t seen nothing yet in what you can do and achieve. You ain’t seen nothing yet of what you can have. The sad thing is, you will never have a chance to discover it if you will not allow yourself to strive giving your 100% in everything you do. Sooner or later, that 50% effort you gave will catch up on you and it will soon be too late, to late to start all over again.

That's why the most common thing you will hear from old people is regret. Regret for what? for not taking chances, for not taking risks, for not giving their best shot when they had the opportunity; for not being the best person they could be when they had the chance.

So, I believe a lot of us have a lot confronting to do with ourselves. If you really said that you want to become financially free, then be a business leader in attitude and mindset. Its easy to say that we will be successful, at the end of the day, those who really become successful, just put in 10%, 5% or even 1% of what everybody else is giving most of the time. As one the famous Basketball coach said so, “everyone wants to be in the winning team, but nobody wants to go to practice”.

Invest 100% of every ounce of your energy in the future that inspires you and become great in every task at hand that will let you get to that future.

When you attend our gatherings and do the tasks, we are giving you the keys to your home. Don't be like those old people who end up rocking on their chairs and end up just thinking of the past gone by where they simply did not allow being a 100 percenter to get in the way of their being a 50 percenter.

As Michael Jordan said, “I don't do things half-heartedly. Because I know if I do, then I can expect half-hearted results.”
